Soccer Party!

Camden with Coach Dorsten. Camden had a great 1st season with soccer! It was really neat to watch how much he progressed from beginning to end. His team had a big party at Peter Piper Pizza (our very first experience with that) and he had a blast. The highlight of the night and the season (for Camden) was the TROPHY! What is it with little boys and trophies? Well, soon after this picture was taken Camden was off to play with the games and Chad, Avie and I were at the table talking to some other parents.....Avie grabbed that "TROPHY" and in a blink of an eye and one WHACK that TROPHY was in half! I couldn't help myself...I just laughed and laughed (I tend to do that a lot...laugh when not convenient) and Chad looked at me and said, "Caskie" you know..the up and down "CA-skuh-IE" I looked at him with a smile and shoved it into the diaper bag "real quick" and looked at Chad and said, "what?" Ha!!! That night while I tucked Camden into bed he said, "Oh..my trophy! Mom can you go get it?" I said, " How about I take care of it and put it to bed upstairs tonight?" So, thank heaven for the genius that invented super glue! PS- I'm too honest and did tell Camden Avie had broken it...but only after the super glue came to Avie's (my) rescue!

Kaja Mae turns 5!

Okay, so this is her cake...it took me 4 hrs! I think it was the highlight of her Birthday, so it was worth all of the time and effort. I can see all of the flaws, but all she saw was how fun it was that it was hers. I love this little girl! She is so much fun and full of life! She loves to help me and she is the best big sister to her sister. We are so blessed to have her in our life! Love you little Mae!

This was the gift from her Dad and I! How could we do a Rainbow Brite Cake without the doll! Now Amy and Ellie have a new friend for their "tea parties"!

Yes, she is working it! This is the Purse that her Mamaw and Papa gave her...it has gone everywhere with her! She is feeling quite "BIG".

This is the bathtub her siblings gave her to bathe all her little friends! The have to be clean and pretty for their party right?
Happy Birthday our sweet Kaja Mae!

Ellie

Meet the newest addition to our family, Ellie. Kaja got to go to build a bear with Grandma Kimmy and Granpa Keith for her 5th Birthday (which is coming) and according to Grandma...this little girl KNEW what she wanted. She wanted a bunny with a Christmas outfit and it plays the Jonas Brothers (of coarse...ha!) and her name to be Ellie. Kaja has carried her everywhere and has slept with her and this morning she ate breakfast with her. We love new friends! Thanks Grandma for giving Kaja a wonderful special day and for the memories!

The many faces of Ryker

Ryker loves to "dress-up" he has a vivid imagination and it is so fun to be apart of this boys life. He makes me smile everyday as he tells me who he is and what he is doing. Example: Mom, I am a worker boy, just like Papa or I am a dragon slayer and just killed 2 dragons. These pictures are just a few examples of his favorite dress-ups lately.
Ryker came into the kitchen the other day with his shirt pulled up and one of his favorite weapons (the sword) and told me he was star wars. I guess in a 3 yr olds mind those cape things they wear can just be a shirt pulled above your head :)

Happy Halloween!

I love Halloween..I think it's fun and magical. I love nothing more than my children dressing up and pretending, believing and make believing! We had so much fun at our ward trunk or treat and enjoyed spending time with good friends!

Camden aka: baseball player

Kaja and Amy aka: Dorthy or Dowthy (in Kaja speak)
Fall Break

We had the most perfect Fall Break! We went to the cabin in Pinedale and just hung out and spent time with family. I love this picture above...Grandma Kimmies backyard..what a view! We had so much fun and kept quite busy. We were able to hear the madrigals sing, pick Grandma Kimmies garden (yummy), hunt for treasures,
Go to Great Grandma Kathy's and pick little pumpkins for each kid!

Go to the Pumpkin Patch in Taylor and pick a "Family" pumpkin...weighing in at 41 lbs!
